Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for a client located in Devens, MA.
Pay rate is up to $30/hour DOE
Temp to possible Direct Hire
This position requires the selected candidate to be 100% onsite
Primary responsibilities and focus of the role are providing day-to-day employee relations support to functional line leaders and associates, provide training, and administer HRIS tasks.
- Assists the HRBP to implement key strategic HR processes and programs.
- Helps support and champion organizational change and talent initiatives as necessary.
- Conducts employee relation investigations and facilitates effective communications and collaborative problem solving strategies to prevent or resolve employee relations issues under the direction of the HRBP.
- Works with line leaders on talent management processes such as goal setting, providing appropriate feedback during performance appraisals, and assists in creating individual development plans in support of a performance driven culture.
- Creates HR analytics to identify trends and opportunities; assists HRBP to develop strategies and tactics based on those trends.
- Participates in functional staff meetings and provides HR insights on business issues when necessary.
- Assists in projects and/or participates as a project team member on company-wide HR initiatives.
- Assists in implementing HR policies and procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs.
- Assists assigned functional teams with the understanding of these programs.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Employee Relations and Project Management experience preferred
