Acara Solutions is looking for IT Project Manager for our Client located in Reading, PA
- Monthly Program board - Support an Enterprise Program
- Mgr. or the Project Executive Sponsor in reporting on progress.
- Monthly Functional Steering Committees - Attend and Report to your Project Executive Sponsor progress and risks so they are prepared for the Program Board.
- Go / NoGo - Lead meeting to obtain approval to move to the next stage of the project (such as pilot to launch) by demonstrating delivery against clear acceptance criteria.
- Deep Dives / Stakeholder Reviews - When requested / you will lead deep dives into the project progress and status.
- Weekly / Daily Team Meeting - Lead Project team meetings / standups to manage the day-to- day delivery and tracking of projects.
- Investment Committee - Attend investment committees to support your business lead when obtaining project funding / funding addendums.
- All other meetings to facilitate the successful delivery of the project(s).
- This individual will also be expected to uphold IT Governance processes, based on the ITIL framework
- Abide by Change Control and Test & Release processes
- Ensure that projects follow formal stage gate progression and approvals
- Formally close and, where appropriate, subsequently review projects, documenting lessons learned

Pay and Benefits:
- The salary for this position is $100.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as IT Project Manager
- Minimum of 5 years' experience Agile Methodology
- Minimum of 5 years' experience IT Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience PMP
- Minimum of 5 years' experience Waterfall Methodology

- Proven working experience in project management with knowledge of various methodologies (e.g.,agile/scrum)

- Throughout the project lifecycle, the colleague in this role will be develop and maintain documentation to effectively manage and report on projects, including the below:
- Business Case
- Project Register
- Project plan, Agile Sprint log or other project relevant planning tool
- Project Status Report (PSR) for reporting progress to stakeholders
- RAID with detailed mitigation plans / updates
- Budget logs detailing Capex and Opex spend to date and anticipated spend vs. budget
- RACI Log
