Acara Solutions is looking for a Project management Office Professional for our client in St. Rose, LA.

  • Implements PM and PMO guidelines and processes, and manages respective functional organization.
  • Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards
  • Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization
  • Prepares and contributes to contractual matters, with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients).
  • Analyses workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations.
  • Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues.
  • May oversee - specific - activities of Project Management Office, without leading the team.
  • "Acquires" Work is still routine and procedurized, but changing priorities or differing situations encounter on regular terms.
  • Thinking then is focused on analysing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in process.


Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $24.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).




Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project management Office Professional
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • While working under supervision, positions are designed to provide some advice and assistance to less experienced colleagues
  • "Professional Starter" Positions support business processes, solution of technical issues, development of new methodologies, procedures, tools and products with their theoretical and/or practical know how and understanding.
  • They focus on interpretation and application of procedures, analyse issues, implement changes, and may advise and guide operational positions in their area of specialism.
  • Entry-level academic Bachelor positions, needed sound knowledge on principles, technologies and theories; certifications in specific fields
  • Vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems (see -? GRIP Levelling Core Chart "Operations")
  • Bachelor Entry; or: with initial experience; ( -2 years) Professional Qualification with basic knowledge in a technical field.
  • Work is routine in a related field of work, gaining experience through focused in-house-training.
