Key Responsibilities

Maintains established medical record files
Establishes and maintains supplies inventories
Receives and distributes nursing supplies
Monitors medical and form inventories to assure adequate supply levels
Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation for nursing department
May prepare and / or submit forms and documentation to and / or from physicians
