We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, developing, and implementing business applications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role is pivotal in enhancing our CRM capabilities to meet our strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale deployments, configurations, and expansions of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 system, ensuring seamless integration with existing company infrastructure.
Act as the primary point of contact and expert for all development-related activities within CRM, addressing issues, concerns, and needs effectively.
Design and develop innovative solutions to extend the use of CRM across the organization, aligning with business goals and objectives.
Provide detailed architectural insights, highlighting differences between various solution methods, and guide the team on challenges and strategies for successful platform integration.
Convert complex use cases and requirements into clear and actionable user stories, facilitating effective solution implementation.
Basic Qualification:
5 years of experience operating the Microsoft Dynamics CRM2015 platform
5 years experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
5 years experience with automatic business processes with workflows.
Familiarity with SQL server 2008 and higher, development and programming
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including (but not limited to)Outlook /Exchange, ASP.NET, SharePoint and SQL Server required.

Pay: $155,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
