Position Summary:

Lead a team of Event Support - Set up/Breakdown staff to customer event site to deliver, set up, and break down rental product and execute events in alignment with customer expectations. Responsible for driving, refueling, cleaning and maintaining Accel fleet vehicles in accordance with company standards.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead teams by example in accordance with Accel's Core Values as described below; foster our company culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication and issues management between customers and Accel management; ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Using our Accel mobile app, organize and delegate crew members from warehouse departure to client site arrival and back; deliver an efficient set up/break down through teamwork and communication.
  • Use the Accel App to check accuracy of truck loads and inventory at the warehouse as well as on client site; use technology to increase efficiency and decrease loss of inventory.
  • Lead team to care for Accel rental product inventory with the highest degree of cleanliness and organization both at the warehouse and client site; protect company assets that bring us business.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols for the entire team; keep our team safe.
  • Follow all guidelines and protocols regarding Accel fleet vehicles, maintaining cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues or damage; protect our company assets.
  • Maintain responsible fuel utilization in compliance with company gas card standard operating procedures.
Equipment Operated:
  • Accel App via handheld device
  • Accel rental equipment
  • Accel fleet vehicles and warehouse equipment
  • Certified OSHA approved forklift training available
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of two (1) years of experience in a warehouse or other production environment managing vehicles, goods, inventory and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear and proactive communication, problem-solving and multitasking.
Physical Requirements:
  • For onsite purposes, MUST be able to lift/carry at least 50lbs. Please let Accel know of any physical limitations.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or 2 years of equivalent experience
License:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must have a clean driving record
Communication:
  • Ability to communicate effectively to crew and clients.
  • Must have a smart phone with the ability to download and use applications
  • Ability to use Accel company mobile application.
Work Environment:
  • This is an hourly position that often includes long hours (before and after an event) seven days per week.
  • This position operates in warehouse and outdoor/client-site environments.
  • This position routinely operates vehicles and warehouse equipment.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
How we'll measure your success (key performance indicators):
  • On-time completion of assigned tasks at 95% or more. This includes showing up on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
  • 95% or higher in product identification/SOP test
