POSITION: Customer Experience Manager

Accel, Inc. is a leading U.S. packaging, assembly and manufacturing company involved in the healthcare, CPG and food industries. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be based in New Albany, Ohio (Columbus) at our headquarters & operating facility.
Position Summary:
· We are looking for a planner with experience in production planning, demand planning or collaborative forecasting.
· Must have experience in the retail, food/beverage, CPG or healthcare industries.
· The right individual is effective in a fast-paced project environment focused on innovation and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Role will have responsibility for managing accounts with major clients including collaboration on monthly production forecasting for co packaging and assembly demand.
- Performance reporting to support weekly internal meetings as well as monthly/quarterly business reviews with clients
- Led and coordinate account management support on a myriad of areas including shipping, raw material ordering, new program development and quality/customer issues.
- Serve as the PM for new business programs.
- Utilize effective forecasting techniques to build and direct weekly production while coordinating with Accel’s sales, operations, quality and procurement teams.
- Lead the annual and monthly financial forecasting including sales and margin management for senior management reporting.
Education and Training
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance or general business preferred.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning or related discipline required
Must have strong skills in Excel, analysis and forecasting.
Compensation
· To be determined by market conditions and candidate background, but in the range of $50k – $75k.
