Accel Logistics Inc is looking for a Class A Driver Recruiter that knows the Frac Sand Industry and can make contact with drivers in person and over the phone. Skills you must have
- Organize high volume of driver applications and leads in applicant tracking system.
- Prioritize tasks in a high volume environment.
- Schedule and confirm attendance with qualified drivers for orientation.
- Maintain current knowledge of transportation rules and regulations as well as the company hiring guidelines.
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel- Google sheets
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience/Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- General knowledge of DOT requirements.
- Experience using Tenstreet & HireRight, is a strong plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
