The work:
Lead the development approach for React based applications. Work with the development team to assign tasks required to implement development approach. Manage coordination of development dependencies with external teams. Facilitate peer review process for code migration and implementation. Create, edit or modify templates for a web development framework or CMS. Interpret product vision into working software by developing code, unit testing, and resolving defects using React, NextJS, NodeJS and AWS. Develop with best practice and UI standards compliance, such accessibility Section 508 , cross browser, cross platform, and or cross device compatibility and web security. Assist the testing of UI and Backend components and resolve defects. Work through providing code updates to several systems, microservices, UIs, and scripts. Leverage development tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, AWS and Next.js Develop in an Agile team Scrum, Kanban or XP.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100
New York City: $105,000 - $141,100
Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
