What You Will Do:
- Assist with daily personal care tasks to ensure client dignity and comfort.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and significant changes.
- Monitor client well-being, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
- Help individuals enhance life skills for greater independence and social integration.
- Implement behavior plans and provide guidance to manage behavioral challenges.

What We Need From You
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid and current Florida Driver's License
- Pass a Local Law & Level II Background Check
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Able to complete one week of onboarding and training.
