ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment.
As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills.

Job Duties:
- Provide on-site job coaching and support
- Helping clients stay on task
- Help client communicate with their employer and co-workers
- Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with client and their employer to provider a supportive work environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Desire to help others succeed
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Excellent communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Salary : $21 - $23
