What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Access First Insurance?
Access First Insurance is hiring and we’re looking to add an Office Manager to our Agency Team.
This will be a full time, in office position. Position Salary ranges from $16 - $20 per hour, dependent on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce office policies, standards, and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitably.
- Supervise personnel, create schedules, manage daily operations, and hold staff accountable to their performance goals.
- Assist in customer resolution and escalation calls.
Job Qualifications:
- General Insurance experience is required - familiarity with Commercial Insurance Industry is preferred
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator, dependable and strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs.
- Hawksoft Experience Preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
