Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with Amazon Key, introducing their advanced technology to potential clients in the Multi-Family and HOA property sectors. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property managers and decision-makers, and driving the adoption of Amazon Key's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients within the Multi-Family and HOA property sectors.
- Present and promote Amazon Key’s innovative technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the growth and success of Access Pro.
- Collaborate with the Access Pro team to provide feedback and insights that will drive the continued success of our partnership with Amazon Key.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the technology, real estate, or property management sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and services.
- A strong network within the Multi-Family or HOA property sectors is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your designated territory.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering industry-leading commission rates with significant growth opportunities. Successful agents have the potential to earn substantial income based on performance.

Pay: $66,228.00 - $74,291.00 per year
