Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Banquets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of banquets and events, upholding the Fairmont standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of banquets and events, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate logistical details and meet guest requirements.
- Train and lead banquet staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth through efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet management or a related role.
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.
- Must hold valid Food Handers Card and MAST permit.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering trends, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
