Company DescriptionA multi-site leadership opportunity, manage the sales and marketing function across two high-performing luxury Hotels within the Accor network in Queenstown: Hotel St Moritz by MGallery, and Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa. Secure revenues through a coordinated sales approach that respects each brand identity and business objectivesIdentify and convert sales leads into new business opportunitiesPrepare and implement promotional marketing initiatives, creating material for use across the Hotel's designated channelsLead on-site coordination of MICE groups with Operations teamsAttend Tradeshows and lead attend, and manage hosted eventsManage and lead in showcasing each hotel, adhering to brand standards and lead the delivery of site inspectionsDevelop and lead your team of co-ordinatorsMaintain effective communication with wider Sales functions in the Region providing market intelligence on a regular basis and understanding of market strengths, weaknesses and ongoing sales activitiesMaintain existing customer base to ensure their business is retained.
