SNI Companies are working with a large Construction client within the Greater Philadelphia Metro / Mercer County area seeking a Finance Manager based out of the transportation/ manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise bookkeeping responsibilities along with overseeing Accounting and Billing team.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and profitability to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze and interpret financial data to make informed business decisions and recommendations
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, investors, and auditors
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to support the financial needs of our construction projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on construction or real estate
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in a construction environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
