ARI’s Human Resources is looking to add a full life-cycle Recruiter to our team who will provide our clients with premium service in filling a variety of roles and streamlining the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in full life-cycle recruitment, as well as knowledge of active and passive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong relationships with ARI clients and hiring managers to understand their businesses, hiring needs, and culture to provide top talent.
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles, including but not limited to: managing job postings, actively sourcing candidates, screening applicant resumes, conducting phone interviews, managing the interview process, and providing hiring recommendations.
- Train and mentor hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment best practices and work together to streamline customizes processes.
- Provide excellent communication and follow up with candidates during their interview process.
- Maintain all job postings in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate records for accurate data reporting.
- Develop and own responsibility for all job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate records for data reporting.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, produce and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
- Create and monitor job postings on multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed to source quality talent.
- Actively participate in all staffing-related activities for ARI internally and clients.
- Track and report reporting on Recruitment KPI’s through ATS system and job boards.
- Actively network and build talent pipelines for ARI and our clients.
Education and Experience
- BS/BA Degree in related discipline.
- 4 years in full-cycle recruiting working on a variety of different-level positions.
- Experience recruiting for multiple clients or staffing agency preferred but not required.
- ATS system and data reporting experience required.
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and budget parameters.
- Strong ability to work independently, while seeking guidance where necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current knowledge of successful recruiting trends and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
