- Collaborate with the outside sales team to resolve customer issues and assist with product selection.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, process returns, and support various operational tasks like shipping and inventory management.
- College degree or relevant experience in operations or inside sales, with proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle customer concerns and maintain a positive demeanor.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales position.
- Chemical background is a plus.
