- Build and lead a skilled, action-oriented Business Intelligence team, and define the future state of BI and Analytics for the organization
- Provide leadership in the development of tools, methods and processes to utilize data to enable effective business decisions across the organization
- Partner closely with senior management and key business stakeholders to maximize the value of the Business Intelligence platform.
- Lead and support the development of organizational data strategies to achieve data governance and data quality best practices.
- Oversee the development of BI applications and data models, manage and mentor the development of data modeling in the enterprise; design, develop, and document the data model and associated metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for Business Intelligence platforms.
- 8 years of Business Intelligence experience with focus on implementing BI and Analytics programs
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills: coaching, developing and mentoring
- Strong working knowledge of data warehousing, BI systems and processes, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of how to define and support a data governance framework.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with ETL development tools, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Power BI
- Experience utilizing project management tools (Jira, SmartSheets, etc.)
- Experience managing outside vendors and partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
