- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via helpdesk, including phone, email, or ticket systems.
- Prioritize and manage all service support calls according to internal protocols, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct basic remote troubleshooting to assist clients.
- Ensure clients receive a friendly, prompt, and helpful experience to exceed expectations.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Provide client-facing helpdesk support for 1-2 years.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- Utilize support tools and techniques effectively, leveraging technology to provide services.
- Proficient in IT applications, software, and hardware

- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including active listening.
