While this is a commission-based sales position, you will not make ANY cold calls. All of your appointments are with homeowners who have contacted Acculevel for an evaluation of their home. Our call center experts will schedule appointments for you and provide you with essential information.
We are looking for sales professionals who can grow, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with customers. As a project advisor, your responsibility is to perform a thorough home inspection, recommend the correct solutions/repairs, and generate the Acculevel contract for the work.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn the industry’s ins & outs, and tackle any objection a customer might throw at you.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently without a lot of supervision
- 1 years of sales experience preferred
- B2C and B2B sales experience is a plus
- General Construction knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with customers & co-workers
- Be an expert on all Acculevel products/services
- Make pre-appointment calls: confirm the date, time, and customer concerns
- Consistently follow up on open opportunities in your pipeline
- Upload all needed documentation into Salesforce CRM after appointments
- Average of 8-12 appts per week
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to perform "needs analysis" with customers and sell accordingly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel overnight on occasion
- Physically able to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc.
- Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software & technology
- Background check and drug screening are part of our hiring process.

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
