Job Description
Accumedic seeks a self-motivated, resourceful help desk support analyst to join our rapidly expanding technical team.
As a member of the Accumedic Support Team, you will be required to provide superior technical support for issues of varying complexity. This position requires technical expertise as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidate must possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate professionalism, and have a strong desire to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Primary point of contact to resolve software issues with all levels of users
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills – problem identification, confirmation, and resolution
- Isolate and diagnose issues
- Drive client success by owning issue resolution
- Document, track, and communicate all incident progress and resolutions
- Collaborate with client teams and IT Departments on training and implementation
- Ensure proper function of our Healthcare IT solutions, including quality assurance and interoperability
- Understand client business needs
- Define and execute project plan for new installations
- Utilize database reporting systems to create customer defined reports
- Provide training or guidance in the use of proprietary applications
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to project management and makes constructive suggestions for change; initiates and manages process improvements effectively.

Skill required
- Four (4) year college degree and minimum 3 years of relative IT work experience in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated record of providing strong customer service in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Analytical detail-oriented, responsible, willing to take initiative as well as display creativity and problem solving capability
- Strong customer focus and customer management skills
- In depth experience with Microsoft Products and Operating Systems
- Highly interpersonal with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, quick learner and self-starter
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Additional Desired Skills a plus
- Microsoft Certified
- SQL Server Deployment
- Understanding of TSQL and Relational Database Design
- Experience with Crystal and Rave Report.
- Training
- Working knowledge of Practice Management/EMR software
- Formal training in project management methods and techniques is desirable.
