Assistant Manager
We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the general operations of the entire store.
- Ensure a positive, professional and safe work environment for all associates
· Implement new Standard Operating Procedures into store execution
· Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
· Train and evaluate employees
· Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
· Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree preferred but not required
· Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and communication skills
· Strong leadership qualities
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for an extended period of time
· Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting (up to 50lbs) and perform all functions as set forth
