Title: Recruiter

Position
- *We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, scheduling pre-employment screening, and keeping informed of employment law and legislation. All associates are expected to adhere to Ace Mart business philosophy, guidelines and policies as laid out in the Ace Mart Mission Statement, Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures Manual and Safety Program.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Attract suitable talent through online job databases and marketing campaigns
- Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good work opportunity
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience to best suite open positions
- Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking system and requisition log
- Coordinate pre-employment screening with potential new hires
- Provide recruiting reports to team managers
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed
- Keep up-to-date on current employment law and enforce them in the company
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Work Environment
Ace Mart has an open office environment, which can be noisy. Frequent interruptions may occur.
Physical Demands
- Pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.
- Sit up to four hours at a time.
- View Computer Monitor up to eight hours daily.
- Use hands, fingers, and arms to operate computer terminal, office equipment.
- Able to bend/stoop/stand to file documents and catalogs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- *This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Travel
Occasional business travel with overnight stays.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or relevant work experience equivalent.
- A minimum of two years college degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
