We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Office Manager to perform a multitude of administrative and general office tasks. The duties of the Office Manager include providing varied support to the office team, manage the daily office needs, data entry and managing the company’s general administrative activities. Phone calls and e-mail are extensively used to communicate with our clients. If you have previous experience working in the office, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of office procedures
- Write and distribute email and other correspondences
- Organize and schedule appointments; closely monitor tasks via Google Calendar
- Create and provide service invoices and estimates as needed
- Oversee ordering of replacement parts of medical/laboratory/P.T. equipment
- Manage the monthly company bank statement; ensure that all deposits are classified as taxable or non-taxable income
- Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable and minor bookkeeping tasks
- Manage the timekeeping procedures two times a month, or as needed
- Other tasks that may be assigned by President and CEO
Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software (e.g. MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Familiarity with NitroPro preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
