Position Summary: The team is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to help create an impact on how we attract, engage and retain top talent through our compensation, benefits, and equity programs. The TRA assists in the development and administration of consistent pay and benefit standards within the company. This position also assists with HRIS business processes, compliance, and reporting. The TRA partners with the CHRO to design and explore new total rewards programs that align with company culture, compensation philosophy, and business goals; monitors and scans the external market to understand trends and “next practices” in total rewards and brings them to the HR team.
Priorities:
- Research, analyze, evaluate, and administer company benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy.
- Analyze, design, and administer employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, bonuses, reward and recognition programs, and commissions that align with company objectives in recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
- Evaluate jobs, develop and maintain job descriptions within the created job architecture, ensure they accurately reflect the work being performed, and determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate pay range.
- Monitor and review industry and employment trends and analyze the legislated requirements to provide recommendations on corrections needed in estimating the impact on the organization.
- Ensure compliance with current and future laws in FLSA, Leave of Absence, Worker Compensation, ACA, and benefits.
- Owns all reporting and compliance-related activities related to Total Rewards for both companies.
- Create, maintain and support a variety of reports, trackers, and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for internal HR use and business unit needs.
