Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: San Diego, CA
Hours: Part-Time, temp permanent position (with opportunity to go Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $25-$30, Dependent upon experience

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair commercial building fixtures, furnishings and systems

Install, repair, maintain and adjust commercial electrical systems

Drywall patch, repair, texture and painting of interior office spaces

Assemble and install office furniture
-
Monitor and maintain all office locations for safety related issues and repair them
-
Monitor and maintain all office locations for cosmetic related issues and resolve them
-
This position has on-call responsibilities, including during natural disasters or inclement weather and many times requires work to be performed after clinic hours which includes evenings and weekends
Required Skills and Qualifications
What We're Looking For:

Must be willing to travel to and from all of ACES Southern California Clinics

Move/Lift up to 100lbs as well as the ability to move large pieces of furniture independently

General knowledge of standard, acceptable building practices

Independent thinker who has the ability to balance Clinical services requests against budget, time, and scheduling constraints
