Job Duties | Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of (8) energy engineers and (3) project administrators; assign task and responsibilities which specifically align with the company's key performance indicators; continually work towards expanding and contributing to the growth of the company's business with new ideas and suggestions; active contribution towards introducing new lines of business to increase company's annual revenue and profitably; develop Request for Proposals for business solicitation with existing and new clients; conduct ASHRAE Level II/III energy audits, create reports and deliver effective presentations to the clients; develop and reviews advanced simulation energy models utilizing Trane Trace 700; collaborate with Utilities to streamline processes and expedite project and payment approvals. |
