New hire bonus : $2,000
Position type:
- Full Time – Monday – Friday
- Location – Achieva Main Office (Southside)
- Salary - $20.50 per hour
Function:
Maintains client accounting system for The Family Trust Account, including checking account. Coordinates the financial transactions of the trust accounts and reports to the Supervisor of Trust Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the achievement of individuals’ personal outcomes.
- Maintains Trust Management System.
- Data entry of fund request information for check disbursement.
- Assists in printing of checks.
- Secure signatures and mail disbursement checks.
- Assists in distribution of yearly tax information to beneficiaries.
- Assists in preparation and distribution of quarterly account summaries to trust beneficiaries which include account values, deposits, disbursements and fees for the period.
- Assists in the preparation of trust accounts for independent audit and auditing by other authorized entities such as the courts of PA Attorney General’s Office.
- Maintains client financial files.
- Enters information into trust accounting system.
- Enters all deposits into trust accounting system and checking account.
- Completes change of Information requests in trust accounting system.
- Assists with maintaining annuities for the beneficiaries.
- Assists in the annual closing of disbursement files for the fiscal year.
- Related duties as required.
The equivalent of an Associate Degree or one plus years of experience in the maintenance of fiscal records. Must have an excellent working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and should be familiar with fiscal principles and practices.

Qualifications
The equivalent of an Associate’s Degree or one to three years of experience in the maintenance of fiscal records. Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration preferred. Must have an excellent working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and should be familiar with fiscal principles and practices. Satisfactory ACT 33/34 clearances required. Satisfactory FBI clearance required.
