What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tester position at acloche?
The Sensory Technician supports sensory lab functions including preparation for panel training, test execution, and lab and materials upkeep.
Schedule : 16-20 hours per week, particularly 7am-1pm Tuesday-Thursday and flexible hours on Monday; other afternoons and Friday hours are flexible
Primary Responsibilities :
Design and execute sensory studies and internal trainings according to plan set up testing rooms, label cups, prepare and serve samples, clean up
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Document samples, stock supplies, and perform routine cleaning tasks
Analyze and report results of small-scale routine sensory studies set-up and auto report data collected via sensory software and Excel
Interact effectively with sensory team in planning of resources
Support sensory team goals and activities, as needed
Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills Excel, Word, Outlook
Basic math skills percentages, conversions
Good planning and organizational skills; service and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Must be a non-smoker
Physical Requirements :
Occasionally : Sitting, climbing / descending stairs, balancing, kneeling, repetitive twisting or pressure involving wrist / hands, lifting 50 pounds with assistance
Frequently : reaching overhead, lifting up to 50 lbs
Continuously : standing, walking, bending over, using hands, walking, pushing
Assignment length : Panelist must commit for 2 years
