Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and possess expertise in utilizing various online platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

ACOM is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Intern. This position will capture and communicate daily stories, videos, and posts, to our customers; promoting our services, products, and events. The person in this position will be responsible for producing content for a variety of communications avenues including but not limited to social media, digital publications, and the website.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop content plans for ACOM communication channels.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conceptualize and draft impactful multimedia communication campaigns.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Manage content and moderate comments and messages for ACOM's social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Identify opportunities for digital, physical, and paid advertising across a variety of channels.
• Capture photography and videography content, and create graphic elements for social media, our website, and other platforms.
• Conduct conversion optimization to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing on multi-media platforms, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools to drive results.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
