Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in technical aspects of delivering best in class customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables
- Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the Acorio methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency
- Participate in dedicated learning days ("ACE DAYZ") to stay current and continue to expand your platform knowledge
