Wireless Sales Manager

**DESCRIPTION** **What you will do:** Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development achieve sales and business targets in **3-4 retail locations** . Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs. Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market. Lead recruitment efforts and executes strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations. Prior leadership experience preferred. Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless. We’re seeking a wordsmith with exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written!
