**Flex Remodel Merchandiser \- Carthage, MO** **Description** Acosta is looking for overnight laborers to join our remodel team at various local big\-box retail locations\. We are looking for highly motivated and hard\-working individuals that work well in a fast\-paced, team environment\. Compensation ranges from $16\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid bi\-weekly\. The work week is 5 nights/week, and varies by days on/off depending on the team with overnight shifts from 10pm \- 7am including a one \(1\) hour unpaid break\. Candidates must be able to attend training shifts prior to going in store\. The remodel begins on May 23rd, and will last from ten \(10\) to twelve \(12\) weeks depending on assigned store location\. As an overnight remodel laborer, you will be part of a large team responsible for resetting merchandise and remodeling shelves and fixtures\. Teamwork, communication and the ability to follow direction is key as you will be working with a team lead who will be acting as your supervisor\. The team lead will be on\-site and in charge of assigning tasks, checking your work and supervising the program\. As part of the remodel team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, using a planogram to stock shelves, building/moving/tearing down shelves and fixtures, and placing signage\. The Ideal Candidate: Acosta is looking for candidates with previous experience in either the remodel, retail or construction fields although that requirement is flexible for the right candidate\. Candidates must be willing to work hard and reliability is key, so reliable transportation and punctuality is a must have\. Although you will be working with a large team, the ideal candidate needs to have the ability to work independently when required\. Job Duties Include \(but are not limited to\): Removing from and placing merchandise on shelves Reading and understanding planograms Building, installing and tearing down shelves, fixtures, racks and signage Use of basic hand tools such as cordless drills Program Details: Work week is five \(5\) nights/week \- days on/off vary by team Overnight shifts from 10pm – 7am with one \(1\) hour unpaid break Program starts on May 23rd, and runs for ten \(10\) to twelve \(12\) weeks\.
