Our Client located in Carmel, IN is seeking a motivated & client centric Team Lead to join their growing retail team.
Team Lead Overview:
As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the brand and will assist the Store Manager and/or Marketing Team Managers to coach and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered at all times to new and existing clients. You will be focused on the technology and telecommunication industries specifically and will be selling those products and services to customers.
In this role you will co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Marketing Team Managers. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our our clients promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the Tech market space.
With a focused and entrepreneurial mindset you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results.
Daily Expectations as a Team Lead:
- Drive sales and increase revenue
- Be a natural conversationalist - this role requires striking up conversations with potential customers
- Follow all product trends in the market
- Ability to complete sales process from start to finish
- Maintain company standards, expectations, and compliance metrics
- Be a Brand Advocate
- Team player
- Ability to work full time including 1 weekend day
- Ability to work entire shift standing
