As a Sales Development Manager, you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our client's products and brand. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced sales professionals, hands-on training, and corporate-sponsored classroom training.

  • Leadership & Management Training involves learning sales skills in all classes of customers, developing and honing teaching skills as a corporate trainer, and then moving on to become a member of our management team overseeing sales reps and providing reporting to our clients that we sell for.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting prospective customers on behalf of our clients

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with consumers and team members

  • Participate in collaborative learning by being present at office meetings, Zoom calls, and providing constructive feedback from personal experience with working with various clients.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and professional goals

  • Knowledgeable about our clients and their campaigns 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is desired, but not required

  • Customer service experience 

  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment

SALARY: $45,000 to $65,000

Please note: NOT A REMOTE POSITION. All applicants should have living accommodations in the Raleigh-Durham area or be willing to commute on a daily basis.
