Job Description
Our business has recently expanded with a new client and is looking for Sales Manager to help support the sales and marketing teams. We are focused on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential candidate. This is a valuable opportunity for those who want experience in team leadership, sales, entrepreneurship, and anybody with a competitive mindset. Sales Managers' main responsibility will be working face to face with customers in a retail setting in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
Attending daily office meetings and trainings to stay up to date with client and industry promotions
Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service
Recognizing clients needs and collaborate with team members to deliver results
