The Call Screeners are responsible for receiving and fielding inbound/outbound sales calls and text messages into our Sales Center . You must be a quick learner with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills.
We have an inbound marketing system that means NO cold calling! You are always on fresh leads so you have nearly unlimited earning potential. We offer an hourly wage with bonuses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound calls/making outbound calls and text messages from prospective leads and existing clients and Transferring calls to the correct recipient
Use the correct, corresponding script that is appropriate for the call made or answered.
Desired Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
Multi-line telephone experience
Multi-tasking ability
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC)
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Desired Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
