Job Summary:
Acrisure has been named the fastest growing insurance brokerage for four years in a row. As part of that growth, we are adding an Associate HR Business partner to work alongside the HR Business Partner to support multiple business units and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Functions as HR Contact for your client groups; develops and nurtures partnerships while providing concierge service
- Partner/Collaborate with all HR functional teams on identifying, solving and delivering solutions
- Performs root cause analysis on incoming issues
- Assesses and anticipates HR related needs; consults regularly with and provides guidance as necessary
- Alongside HRBP Team, works with client groups and maintains awareness of their culture, plans and financial position
- Work with client groups on employment issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner; escalates as necessary
- Uses judgment and takes appropriate action to resolve or escalate inquiries and requests; including taking ownership of resolution through tracking progress and providing status updates to those involved while coordinating the action necessary to achieve and communicate final resolution
- Assists in partnership with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, etc.) to prioritize and solve talent gaps
- Assists in the management of complex employee relations issues. Work collectively with the HRBP Team; consults with legal when necessary
- Learns and maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and strives for compliance to align with client needs; consults with legal when necessary
- Works closely with Compliance on HR compliance requirements within their client groups including assisting in delivery, education and execution of requirements to our Agency Partners
- Supports and provides backup to the HR Business Partner and HR Team as needed. May also provide support to HR team as needed.
- Support HR Operations when needed

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or similar discipline or the recognized equivalent in education and experience;
- Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR required with a minimum senior generalist background
- Workday experience plus
