As the Partner Marketing Team Lead- North America (NAM) you will drive to lead the team of partner marketers. Define marketing channel strategy and joint design of marketing plans, as well as programs and to/through activities execution with Partners. Plans should always be in-line with Acronis growth strategy and supports the company to meet goals and KPIs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Developing marketing channel strategy and design of creative joint quarterly marketing plans. Work closely with the regional marketing manager and sales leadership
- Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, including but not limited to pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, events, webinars, and incentive programs
- Determining which campaigns to execute with partners and adapt campaigns accordingly
- Integrate managing partner accounts assignment to partner marketing team, manage team capacity and partner marketing budget
- Work closely with the Global Partner Marketing team and campaigns to influence global campaigns and programs roadmap
- Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies within accounts
- Evaluating marketing plans results, the impact of activities, and reporting the results
- Excellent negotiation skills to develop channel-marketing opportunities with partners through joint marketing plans and co-funding
- Establish Acronis as the preferred Cyber Protection vendor within partners
- Jointly with PAMs, manage communication to partners and be the ‘voice’ of partners within Acronis. Provide visibility of partner’s requests, needs and feedback
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Must have at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience. Preferred in B2B marketing area and in developing marketing strategies
- Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Relevant higher education degree (e.g. Business Administration) or long-term experience in marketing
- Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive, reliable, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in a high frequency environment
- Ability to assimilate technical knowledge
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- Bilingual preferable but not mandatory
- Result oriented, problem solver
- Ensure partners have the content for communications and activities. Ensure proper content on partner website and marketplace (if available)
- Monitor, analyze and communicate results on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
- Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
