In this role, you will be supporting new hires' onboarding, preparing and delivering trainings for in-house support employees and Service Providers and participating in side projects of support training team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage full onboarding cycle: deliver trainings, recaps, checkpoints and verify training labs;
- Prepare and deliver trainings on request from support management team;
- Deliver high-quality training sessions for Service Providers on demand;
- Update existing training materials according to the most recent products changes;
- Work on internal training team's projects;
- Perform individual assignments from training team's manager;
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 2 years of experience in a customer service (Support Engineer or Support Trainer);
- Self time management and ability to switch between multiple tasks in accordance with deadlines;
- Excellent communicating and presenting skills and ability to explain complicated materials in a clear and comprehensive manner;
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with team members;
- Ability to solve problems and independently deal with issues that arise when working on personal assignments;
- Microsoft PowerPoint - experienced user level;
- Administrator-level technical expertise in Windows and Linux, Networking, Virtualization;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
Would be considered plus if you have
- Knowledge of Acronis solutions for Service Providers;
- Second fluent language;
*This position is remote from anywhere in the US, with offices in Tempe Arizona and Burlington Massachusetts for those who prefer a hybrid working option
