Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional care plans for patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions. Your role will encompass comprehensive clinical nutrition and therapeutic diet knowledge, participant nutritional assessments, food preference adherence, meal rounds, sanitation inspections, and nutritional education for participants, caregivers, and staff.

Salary Range: $22.88/hour - $37.37/hour (based on education and experience)

REQUIREMENTS
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license. (Much achieve registration within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date.) - Required
- Must obtain a food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health department before hire (or within one week of hire). - Required
- Knowledge for use of different formula's when assessing patient's nutritional needs; Completion of general and patient care orientation is required prior to providing patient care. - Required
- Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility - Preferred.
The Food and Nutrition Department provides high quality nutrition care to our patients and guests. The Clinical Dietitian job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.
- Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
- Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
- Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.
- Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.
