Community hospital with 14 ORs seeking CST. Hospital provides General Surgery, GYN, Urology, ENT, Ortho, Plastics, Spine, Robotics, and Pediatric surgical services.
the COVID vaccine is required for all travelers at IU Health campuses. Declinations will not be accepted, however medical or religious exemptions will be accepted with a doctors note provided.
CST Wed-Friday 06:30-19:00
Hourly W2 Pay Rate: - $63/hr on W2
