Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Operational Officer and perform general clerical duties
- Manage email and handle incoming calls
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
-Coordinate with Regional Manager on reports and duties needed
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, running errands and maintaining inventory
Experience:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Personal Assistant will be required to work on-site at our office location.
