Description:
Actalent is seeking an architect to work in small firm on affordable housing projects. Experience working in the following required:
Construction documentation
Schematic design
Design development
Constructability (understanding how buildings are built from a technical perspective)
Detailing,
Client contact
Consultant coordination
Revit, Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite
Rendering skills a bonus.
Ability to work in multiple projects in different stages and experience in the entire project cycle of multifamily projects required.
Licensure preferred, at a minimum all hours completed towards licensure and in process of testing for licensure required.
Firms works on following project types: Multifamily, affordable housing, including supportive and senior.
Skills:
Revit, construction administration, Construction document, multi family construction, Architecture, Schematic design, detailing, Adobe creative suite, Design development, bluebeam, rendering, Architectural design, Project management
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Rendering skills a bonus.
Licensure preferred, at a minimum all hours completed towards licensure required.
Portfolio required.
Hardworking person who genuinely likes architecture and who is known as a team player with ownership mentality is "best fit" from cultural standpoint.
Best fit from technical standpoint is person who has completed all hours towards licensure, or is already licensed.
