Description:
Actalent is actively seeking Architectural Designer to join the team of a firm in Lakewood, CO. This person will be responsible for assisting in design, presentations, and production. Candidates should have a good knowledge of Revit and have a basic understanding of building technology, systems, and codes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years experience
- On a Path to Licensure in the State of Colorado
- B.Arch. or relevant degree
- Assists in developing projects of small to large scope and works under the supervision of a Principal, Senior Project Manager/Architect, Project Manager or Project Architect
- Coordinates the work of building systems engineers and consultants
- Basic knowledge of construction means and methods
- Responsible for the proper execution of the design intent in the research and selection of materials, detailing and the application and execution of building systems
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience in Construction Administration
- Great Sense of Humor
