Role Summary
As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in all phases of design documentation, from concept to construction administration. This role emphasizes technical detailing and problem-solving on complex project types.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Documentation: Lead all phases of design documentation, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Construction Administration: Play a pivotal role in construction administration, managing project delivery and client interactions.
- Project Management: Effectively manage projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Showcase strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills, especially on complex projects.
Skills
- AutoCAD: Proficient in AutoCAD for accurate design documentation.
- Revit: Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, utilizing it for effective project management.
- Design: Passionate about design, bringing creativity and innovation to every project.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
- LEED Accreditation: A plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: K-12/Higher Education experience is a plus.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated proficiency in REVIT.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, essential for project management and client interactions.
