- Perform blood typing, cross-matching, and antibody screening.
- Prepare blood components for transfusion.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
- Hospital laboratory experience within blood bank
