What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Drafter position at Actalent?
Description:
Our client, based out of Woodbridge, VA is a full service Civil Engineering firm. We are hiring for Civil CAD Technician/Drafter to support the residential housing division of Land Design Consultants. This is a production level role and this person will be mainly responsible for performing infill lot grading for residential housing projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience with grading, specifically infill lot grading for residential housing projects
-Proficiency with AutoCAD
-Degree, certification, or relatable experience with Computer Aided drafting and design
-Residential drafting experience is a plus
-Experience performing grading
