Summary of qualifications:
ü BS Degree in a discipline related to the field assigned preferred
ü 5 years of clinical research experience
ü 4 years of experience as Clinical Research Coordinator
ü Research Professional Certification CCRC
ü Experience with complex studies preferred
ü Experience with Investigational New Drug (IND) trial or Investigational Product (IP) trial is a must
ü Experience in Phase I, II, and III clinical research
ü Leadership experience at the site level
Job Description Summary:
Clinical Research Site Managers are responsible for the overall site conduct under the direction of the Regional Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of enrollment goals while maintaining adherence to FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and SOPs in all aspects of conducting clinical trials. The Site
Manager is able to perform as a manager and still partake in all levels of Clinical Research Coordinator duties.
